The long-lasting results that are achieved through participation in these courts ultimately save lives. More information about DWI Courts can be accessed in our Strategies section.

The National Center for DWI Courts (NCDC) is engaged in an effort to expand the use of DWI Courts with the support of and in collaboration with Over the next three years, NCDC will work with policymakers and practitioners in 50 states to overcome barriers to the use of these specialty courts.
