I received my training from the ADAPT-Functional Health Coach Training Program, which allows me to leverage the art and practice of health coaching through a functional and ancestral health lens. As a functional health coach, I am equipped to pay attention to nutrition and movement and also understand the importance of sleep, your social life and connection with others, self-care and play, the impact of stress, and your environment.
That being said, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness and one client’s definition of health might look different from another’s.
My goal is to help you create for yourself a lifestyle that aligns with your inherent biology in a completely client-centered way that is unique to you. In the end, the most sustainable solutions are the ones that fit you best!
