Maureen Dalbec

Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President, Research and Programs

Maureen Dalbec is the Senior Vice President of Research and Data Analysis. In this role she is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the organization’s research, including proprietary research among youth, general public, opinion leaders and stakeholders, sponsored and funded research, and program evaluations. Utilizing secondary research sources she also maintains a database of national and state statistics on drunk driving and underage drinking. Ms. Dalbec serves as an internal consultant to other departments and member companies and helps Responsibility.org effectively turn research findings into strategic conclusions and recommendations.

Ms. Dalbec earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University and has 25 years of qualitative and quantitative research experience for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Maureen and her husband are the proud parents of two college age children. In her free time Ms. Dalbec enjoys running and swimming and occasionally competing in triathlons as well as volunteering in her community. As a volunteer in youth soccer, Ms. Dalbec serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the National Capital Soccer League.
